Pakistan Minorities Movement (PMM) has a clear and comprehensive National Key Agenda centered on Identity, Equality, Justice, and Empowerment — promoting national development, constitutional governance, social cohesion, and economic opportunity for all Pakistanis.

Full implementation of constitutional guarantees for all citizens, equal protection under the law regardless of religion or ethnicity, and elimination of discrimination in public institutions.

Electoral reforms ensuring meaningful political representation of religious minorities, strengthening minority roles in Parliament and Provincial Assemblies, merit-based appointments, and greater participation in local government.
