Roles & Responsibilities

Chairman

Chief Executive

Chief Executive and Head of the Party
Provides strategic vision and policy direction
Represents PMM nationally and internationally
Chairs National Executive Committee meetings

Vice Chairman

Deputy Executive

Assists the Chairman in all party affairs
Acts on behalf of the Chairman in his absence
Coordinates provincial and organizational activities

General Secretary

Chief Administrator

Chief Administrative Officer of the Party
Oversees day-to-day operations
Implements decisions of the Executive Committee
Supervises all secretaries and organizational matters

Finance Secretary

Treasury & Audits

Manages party finances and budgeting
Maintains financial records and transparency
Oversees fundraising and donor relations
Prepares annual financial reports

Joint Secretary

Operations Coordination

Assists the General Secretary
Coordinates meetings, correspondence, and documentation
Maintains membership records
Oversees communication between party departments

Media Secretary

Public Relations

Leads media and public relations
Manages social media platforms
Issues press releases and official statements
Coordinates interviews, campaigns, and publicity
